Notorious Kingpin that is said to be terrorizing ikorodu settlement and that which was involved in the mastermind of the killing of two Bureau De change operators has been Gun Down by operatives of the Lagos state police command
In a statement made available to urban express news-online through the Lagos state police public relation officer, Dsp Bala Elkana said; the kingpin was actually the person responsible for collecting 1.6m from those change operators at ikorodu adding that his gangs were responsible for their mysterious disappearance of from ikorodu
Recall that operatives of the Lagos state police command had earlier paraded some suspects that are said to be Mufutau Timleyin sulaimon Aka Pencil's men who participated in the collection of ransom and subsequent killing, murder and dumping of their remains in a septic tank before they were apprehended and where it was reported that suspects took a team of the anti-robbery squad to the location where corpses of the two Bureau De change operators and two other victims were dumped
Elkana said this was how sustained monitoring of the fugitive ring leader finally yielded positive result as the team eventually traced him to his hideout at Odogunyan.
“On sighting police operatives led by a Deputy Superintendent of police, Rotimi Ogunmuyiwa, the said kingpin with name Mufutau Timileyin sulaimon, popularly known as “pencil” engaged the team in a gun duel as two Anti robbery squad team with name Sgt Omola Adedeji and Sgt oluwadare Gbenga sustained bullet wounds and has been taken to the hospital”
The spokesman said the notorious kingpin; Aka "pencil" was confirmed dead on arrival, adding that officers that were injured are responding to treatment

Meanwhile the command has also arrested One Adesola, a notorious land grabber at Alagbado after acting on credible intelligence.
The suspect who hails from Ogun is said to belong to a notorious land grabber and a hired killer, terrorizing Ogun and Lagos state
The statement put further that the surveillance team intercepted a white bus while on patrol along Alagbado along Amikanle area while conveying arms and that for locally made rifles and thirty-eight rounds of live cartridges were recovered from the bus
Elkana said the suspect act as a warlord, waiting to be hired by anyone who can pay for their services and take over land forcefully
He engage in a series of killings and maiming of landowners
The spokesman said the suspect was quoted as saying that “he and his gangs were hired by someone to dislodge landowners at Epe and that he was on his way to pick other members of his gangs for the operation before he was arrested
He said police are on the trail of five other members of the gangs who are at large
