The Lagos state police command has said that the two children of Mr Aneru Mutana of Gbagada phase 2 kidnapped on November 26, 2018, by their house help simply identified as Busayo were found in the early hours of yesterday in a border location with proximity advantage with Nigeria and the Benin Republic
Recall that the suspect (Busayo), who happened to be the family’s house-help, was instructed to go and pick the children from school and take them home as was instructed by their mother but unfortunately the house help had carefully planned how to kidnap their children.
Explaining further, the Lagos state police public relation officer Csp chike Oti said the two victims were of male and female infant with age grade six and three had their house-help who pretended to be taking them home had her plan carefully executed and effortlessly because of the fact that she is known to the school authority and her familiarity with the children.
Continuing, Oti said further investigation revealed that the (suspect)Busayo is a member of a kidnap syndicate who gives her out as a house help to unsuspecting parents and other potential victims.
“When she finally gets the job, she warms her way into the children’s heart and wins the trust of her employers”, adding that once she gets to this stage, she bares her fangs.

Oti said the CP reiterates his earlier warning that employers ought to carry out a background check of persons they are bringing to their homes and profile them in other to make investigation easy for the police should the need arise!
He said the command reasonably believes that the suspect Busayo may not be her real name, however, it wishes that Nigerians should take cognizance of her face and alert the nearest police formation of her location and if possible arrest and hand her over to the police
